South Shore Bank
South Shore Bank is a mutual savings bank with 16 locations in 8 communities throughout the South Shore. Prism Energy Services worked with the bank to upgrade its lighting systems. The decreased energy consumption will help South Shore Bank save $19,005 a year.
Quincy Catholic Academy
Quincy Catholic Academy is a private Catholic academy in Quincy, MA that strives to prepare its students to be productive, responsive, and caring citizens and future leaders. Hampden-Wilbraham RSD Stony Hill School
The Stony Hill School is an elementary school that is part of the Hampden-Wilbraham Regional School District. The HWRSD is a fully accredited Pre-K-12 public school district, comprised of seven schools that educates approximately 3,200 students. Prism Energy Services worked on several of the HWRSD’s schools. The Stony Hill School was one of the most comprehensive projects. The school was upgraded to LED lighting interior, exterior, and in the parking lot. The school is expected to reduce its annual energy consumption by 76%, saving $5,462 a year.
LEI Corporation
Founded in 1987 in Boylston, MA, Landscaping Etc., Inc. (LEI) specializes in professional commercial landscape maintenance, landscape development, construction services, and snow maintenance. LEI Corporation also conducts large commercial projects across New England. Prism Energy Services helped LEI Corporation reduce its annual energy consumption by 70%, and the company is expected to save $47,467 a year on its energy bills.
Quincy Youth Arena
Since 1973, “The Best Ice on the South Shore” has been home to children and young adult hockey teams and many leagues on the South Shore. Prism Energy Services helped the hockey rink reduce its annual energy savings by 76,137 kWh, an annual cost savings of $10,963, with a payback of only 1.4 years.
Town of Lakeville
Incorporated as a separated town from Middleborough 1853 and located approximately 40 miles south of Boston, The Town of Lakeville is a residential community of about 10,600 citizens. Prism Energy Services has helped the Town of Lakeville reduce its energy consumption by 45,506 kWh, saving $4,642 in annual energy costs.
United Solutions
United Solutions specializes in the manufacture and supply of plastic and hardware products in its 170,000 sq ft Leominster, MA facility. Prism identified and installed new LED lighting fixtures to help lower energy consumption by 76% and save $60,600 on annual energy bills.
Walker Magnetics
Walker Magnetics is an international leader in the design and manufacture of a wide range of products for light and heavy industry and the applied sciences. Prism installed LED highbay lighting and motion sensors, reducing Walker Magnetic’s energy consumption by over 74,900 kWh and saving over $10,700 annually.
Town of Bridgewater
Town of Bridgewater is a residential and suburban community of over 26,000 residents. The Town first achieved Green Communities designation in 2011, powered by the concern for the local environment, the ambition to reduce fossil fuel consumption, and to address high municipal energy costs. Since 2012, Prism has helped the town reduce its energy consumption by 670,409 kWh, saving a combined $153,537 on annual energy costs.
UUSC
Unitarian Universalist Service Committee (UUSC) is a nonsectarian human rights organization to promote economic justice, bolster environmental justice, and to protect rights threatened – by natural disasters, armed conflict, genocide, forced migration, and systematic injustice. Prism installed both lighting and mechanical measures to help UUSC reduce its energy consumption by over 116,000 kWh, saving over $20,500 on annual energy bills.
Quirk Auto Group
With over 35 years in the industry, Quirk Auto Group represents a variety of brands, including Chevrolet, Ford, Subaru, Mazda, Chrysler Jeep Dodge, and more. Prism installed new interior and exterior LED lighting in eight of Quirk’s dealerships, saving the auto group a combined 1,780,854 kWh in energy consumption and $198,031 on annual energy costs.
Best Western Adams Inn
The Adams Inn offers hospitable service and a location convenient to I-93. The hotel facilities are just shy of 100 guest rooms and also include 5 Junior Suites and 2 Bridal Suites. Prism helped the Adams Inn install LED lighting, lighting controls, sensors and remote UI for PTAC units, and an EMS, saving $32,471 on annual energy bills.
Freedom Cycle
Freedom Cycle has been providing quality vehicles, parts, and service to New Hampshire’s capital and its surrounding communities since 1977. Prism helped installed LED lighting, reducing energy consumption by 25,486 kWh and saving $5,271 a year.

Saint Joseph’s Abbey is a cloistered Roman monastery set in Spencer, Massachusetts. The monks live a life of silence and solitude. With a history of over 900 years, the monks and the Abbey are a story of perseverance and faith. Smith’s Country Cheese is an award-winning gouda, cheddar, and havarti cheese maker, located in Winchendon, MA, which have been winning bronze, silver, and gold medals in some of the largest cheese competitions in New England and across the U.S. Prism helped the compnay install high efficiency lighting systems, saving $1,218 per year.
